burned our faces brown, burned our faces red
you are still the rage, a run from the enemy...
This little domain
was purchased in February, 2004 to house my growing collective.
The domain name and the hosting were purchased from Netrillium.
The name "meteor smash" is taken from an ulimate move in Nintendo's
Super Smash Bros. Melee, but I think it also works well on its own. The hyphen is there because I like hyphens.
M-S.org is also known as the "Baroque Storm network," because network names are trendy and now the name of my
update journal doesn't seem so random. There is a connection however;
the name is taken from one of Raphael Sorel's moves in Soul Calibur II, so it's a fighting-game move like "meteor smash."
And come on, what domain doesn't need more references to gay French vampires?

The current layout features a lovely piece of artwork from Suikoden V, which I've ruined with an obscene amount of textures and
abuse of the sharpen tool.
Oh well. It features Queen Arshtat, who I think has a very pretty character design which lent itself to a nice blue and red color scheme. You'll also
notice the abuse of song lyrics on this layout;
Sufjan Stevens'
beautiful/occasionally creepy debut album, A Sun Came!, heavily inspired this design. I know most of the songs on that
album are about Jesus or something (also, random Greek mythology), but let's pretend the lyrics apply to Runes or something. idk. Anyway! All textures on the
layout came from dearest, and all fonts were downloaded from
dafont.

Just a few notes: I do not host, affiliation is closed, link exchanges are welcome.
I read every page, read every page
I believe in joy, believe in joy, believe in joy
Hello, I'm Michelle, and I like to tell people that I'm boring to get away with not talking about myself. Though I really am boring. Anyway,
I'm a poor college student in the northern wilds of the US-of-A and I play too many video games. Yep. I'm studying European history and Holocaust studies, with
some German on the side, because I am going to live in a box one day. I'm also a big ol' tree-hugging liberal and crazy cat lady in training. I really like
Pumpkin Spice Frappucinos. I don't like bell peppers or Franz Kafka. Here's a picture my friend drew of me marrying a pie.
If you need to get in touch, you can email me at flowright(at)gmail.com or
use the network-wide contact form. Don't worry, I don't bite! And I'm probably more shy than you are.
You can also poke me at my livejournal,
colour lovers, or flickr :D.
